I wondered if 'activism' was the real reason Sean was
axed. Then I came across this key paragraph:

But other activists saw a much broader effort
under way to change the leadership of many U.S.
pension funds, which in the last few years have
struggled because of market losses and increasing
liabilities.

I suspect that was the real reason for him being
pushed out the door. The Big Cheeses don't want
to start a panic by revealing the real reason.

Expect continued market losses. The Dow is going
nowhere and has been for a long time.

Also expect a large number of pension funds to go
tits up.
