Years ago, when I had a crappy Compaq laptop and
some questions on how to fix it, I emailed Compaq
numerous times and received no response.

Now ask yourself. Would you buy again from someone
who treated you that way?

You can guess what I didn't do when it came time
to buy another.

I've since had two Dell laptops with no problems.
