A note on institutionalized insanity

Now if we could just get over our insanity, that of
doing the same thing over and over, getting the
same fucked up results we may get to the stars or
wherever else we want to go.

By the way, this insanity would not be such a big
deal suffered on an individual basis, but
institutionalized it could easily be deadly.
