Shell closing refinery

Shell portrayed its Bakersfield refinery as old and unfit. One executive said there was "simply no longer an adequate supply of crude oil" nearby.

that's the only relevant sentence, but

The Flying J is just Eddie Willers on the dead
train. They just don't know it yet. Maybe they're
planning a Road Warrior refinery.
